In Studio Massage

  • Feel free to park on street near the mailboxes.

  • Please knock lightly on front door upon arrival

  • We will spend the first few minutes discussing your goals for the massage, areas of concern or sensitivities, and what to expect during the massage.

  • Therapist will step out for you to disrobe to your level of comfort, remove jewelry, and place belongings in basket or hang on hooks, and then you can lay on massage table under linens.

  • Therapist will knock before entering to begin treatment.

  • During the massage it is your time to relax, sleep, meditate, or just breathe. Occasionally therapist will check in with you about pressure and comfort levels to ensure your goals are being met and that you are comfortable.

  • Once massage is finished, therapist will step out while you slowly get up from the table, get dressed, gather your belongings, and exit massage room.

  • Therapist will meet you with water, check in to see how you are feeling, and schedule your next appointment if desired.

Mobile Massage

  • The ideal space size for Mobile Massage is a private quiet room with about 10ft x 7ft empty space for table and therapist.

  • Your address, any gate codes or entry information, and instructions for parking to unload table and supplies will be needed.

  • Therapist will arrive 20 min prior to massage appointment time and shown by client where to set up table and supplies.

  • If another massage appointment has been scheduled at the same location immediately following the massage the same day, therapist will change out linens and take a 5-10 min break in between massages appointments.

  • Once all appointments for the day are finished therapist will take 10-15 minutes to pack up and leave.

** Therapist will assume to bring all supplies for massage including massage table, linens, bolster, massage oil, and all massage supplies unless otherwise communicated.

  • Yes, I bring my own table, linens, and supplies, but if you have a massage table, I am happy to use your table and linens.

  • It is best to have a private and quiet room with empty space of 10ft x 7ft for table and therapist.

  • Yes. Usually, 10 years old and above is safe to get a massage. Most children and teenagers have to get used to massages so I go at their comfort level and start with basic and shorter massages. It is beneficial for teenagers who struggle with anxiety and depression. In addition, any kids who play sports and need support with muscle recovery.

  • To maximize the parasympathetic state usually induced during and after massage, relaxing activities following massage, such as: a nap, bath, shower, reading a book, watching a movie, etc…are recommended for first 1-2hrs after massage.
