Orders may be canceled prior to the stated order cutoff time. Because meals are custom-prepared and ingredients are purchased in advance, cancellations after the cutoff day may not be possible.

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once meals have been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
Customers must report any order issues within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Once meals are picked up or delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for:
