How It Works
Meals are thoughtfully prepared based on your wellness goals and designed to be balanced and nutrient-dense, including quality proteins, grains, vegetables, and fruits. Ingredients are freshly purchased (organic when available) and meals are prepared within 2–3 days of delivery. Each meal includes labeled macros for easy tracking.
There will be 2-4 varieties of each meal depending on how many you order. So if you order 4 lunches for the week, you will get 4 meals of 2 varieties of lunches (ex. 2 spinach salads and 2 pasta salads), the same goes for breakfast and dinners. However if you order 6 lunches you will get 6 meals of 3 different lunches (ex.2 spinach salads, 2 pasta salad 2 lentils/rice). If you order 2 lunches you will get 2 meals of 2 different lunches (ex.1 pasta salad and 1 spinach salad). You can choose any number of these meals on a weekly basis.
You can choose any number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or snacks each week.
**If maximum number of meal orders has been reached for the week, you will be placed on a wait list until availability opens up.
Pricing
$20 per meal – Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner
$10 per snack – High-protein healthy snacks
How to Order
Fill out the Sign-Up Form on this page.
Text your order by Thursday @ 8pm for the following week to 760-206-6299 with your name and quantity of which meals.
B Wellness will send a payment request (Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay) within 2 days for your order.
Once payment is received, meals will be delivered by 1 PM the following Tuesday.
